99% Fat Free or 99% Sugar Free? Both Taste Terrible

I have just recently come to the following realisation. To taste good food must have at least one of these ingredients: fat or sugar (preferably both!). If it doesn’t have either, the food tastes like Brussel sprouts. I’m right aren’t I!

FMCG companies often label their foods with “99% fat free!” but if you look carefully at the label it has extra sugar in it! In the end your body doesn’t care which one it gets to process. Both fat and sugar have high levels of energy. If you consume these foods and don’t spend the energy by exercising, your body will store it as fat!
